Are you an exceptional Customer Service Rep. with good order processing skills and know how to put people first? We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative / Accounting Assistant .

What you Will be doing:

Primary responsibilities include: customer inquiries, processing orders and follow-up on all orders, confirming delivery dates, assisting salespeople as needed and communicating with them regarding customer needs. Additional responsibilities include light accounting.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with an ability to organize and follow through. Although part of a team, the Account Manager works independently and for this reason, attention to detail is critical. The ability to use Microsoft office programs is a plus.

The ideal candidate's background will include:
  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Support / Order Processing type role where multi-tasking was/is the norm.

  • Solid grasp of MS Word for word processing and MS Excel for spreadsheet creation
  • Light experience in Accounting and/or Shipping & Receiving
  • Very organized, and an attention to detail.
